On the first floor you will find a queen sofa bed. On the second floor, there are three bedrooms. Bedroom one is master with a king and a single day bed with private bathroom and whirlpool tub. The second bedroom has a queen bed and the third bedroom has two singles and a trundle bed. The third floor has three bedrooms and another full bathroom. Bedroom one has a king bed, while the second bedroom has a queen bed and the third bedroom has two singles and two trundle beds. Out back you will find a patio with a gas grill and an outdoor enclosed shower. 209 Congress offers off-street parking for three cars, one in garage and two on the parking pad. $200.00 Owner Expense fee for partial stays.
