OCEAN VIEW with a POOL, (open until October), and one block from the beach! This stellar property at 1225 New Jersey Avenue has been redecorated with all the comforts of home. The main house is a grand three story, 7 bedroom, 3.5 bath home, accommodating 16, with a modern, fully equipped kitchen, plenty of TV s, comfy seating, washer/dryer, grill, two outside showers, and parking for 6 cars. The property also features a separate pool house cottage with an additional first floor bedroom with a Queen bed, trundle, and full bath, with a small kitchen, half bath and sleeping accommodations for four on the second level. This is a perfect spot for a large family group or reunion, with plenty of living space, breezy front porch, ample parking, an in-ground private and heated pool, and deck. A perfect getaway location for 24 people, 16 in the main house and an additional 8 in the back cottage. Prime season June thru August rentals include many extras, including beach towels, bed linens for all the beds, towel sets for each person, hand towels for the bathrooms and dish towels too. We will even have the beds all made for you before you arrive! $400 owner expense fee applied to partial week rentals. September stays, please note there is no heat on the third floor and linens are not included.

Great House!

Paradise!
We have been coming to Cape May for over twenty years and I can honestly say this is by far the best house we have ever stayed in! The new owners have completely renovated the house with beautiful furnishings and modern amenities. Posted: 03/01/2020A:The first floor of the main house does not have a full bathroom, however, the first floor of the pool house does have a full bathroom with a stall shower. The home is not ADA compliant and the first-floor bathroom in the pool house would be the most handicap accessible bathroom.
