The balcony is a great place to enjoy your morning coffee before you start your day. As you enter the condo you are welcomed by the sunlight offered from double sliding doors, the open floor plan with a living room, dining room, galley kitchen and a loft area with sofa sleeper overlooking the living room. One of the three bedrooms has sliders to the front balcony. The Cape Manor community has a great pool with loungers and tables and there are separate seating and dining areas overlooking the pool. *PLEASE NOTE: The dates for Rental Guests pool access is the weekend after Father's Day through Labor Day. The pool may be open before or after these dates and is only for Rental Owners and their guests. Pool Hours for Rental Guests: 11:00a.m. - 6:00 p.m.* **Off-season Value Bundle Package $275 – includes Non-refundable Processing fee, Non-refundable Accidental Forgiveness Fee, and linens. Towels limited to # of guests.**
