Weekend getaway with friends
We loved this house and location so much last year, that we brought 3 couples with us this year to enjoy Cape May at Christmas time!! Everyone loved the house, which is very charming and the layout is perfect!! We were able to sit inside during the rain and play games and chat without feeling cramped!! The house is walking distance to the shops and great restaurants! Can't wait to go again!!

Very comfortable home. Great location to town and the beach. Both walking distance! Loved the tile in the kitchen for the backsplash …so unique! Bedrooms roomy and beds comfortable . I would definitely rent here again , all four couples had a great time!

Perfect location and best choice for families
We loved this property. The location is very important to us, especially with a big family and different schedules. You can walk to everything. Favorite place was on the front porch, special treat watching the horse and carriage go by. Plenty of room for big families, especially for those occasional rainy days. Having 4 bathrooms was great and the outdoor shower is wonderful! Liked how they kept some of the Victorian charm but still have the modern touches you want on vacation. Looking forward to going back!

Plenty of room
We love going to this house for so many reasons (like the location), but a huge plus is how spacious it is. We were there with 7 adults and 2 kids, and not once did it feel like we were on top of one another. Plenty of space to be together, but not cramped, or to spread out. The bedrooms are also a really good size. Sometimes shore houses have tiny bedrooms, but this house there is plenty of room to “explode” out of your suitcase. The outdoor shower is the icing on the cake. And the location is a perfect walk or bike ride away from everything.

Charming and quaint retreat
I can’t say enough about this amazing home filled with great charm. It is so quaint and cozy no matter what time of year you are visiting. From the snuggly spot in front of the fireplace to the lounging feel of the front porch , it will be hard to decide where to sit back, relax and pour yourself some wine! It is so spacious and tastefully decorated that it feels like your home away from home. The location is so ideal being that it is walking distance from the beach and restaurants. The home itself is tucked away on the street giving you lots of privacy as well. It’s the perfect spot for a girls weekend or get away with the whole family. I can’t wait to go back!

Peaceful
We had an amazing, relaxing vacation and it was thanks to this beautiful home. We were able to walk or ride our bikes everywhere we went. We had some amazing dinners in downtown Cape May, but with the home being so spacious we had more than enough room to cook and dine in the comfort of the home while enjoying the cozy fire. It was also still warm enough to enjoy some cocktails on the front porch while seeing the horse carriage rides come down the street. We would definitely recommend staying at this house and we will absolutely be back to make more memories!

Beautiful vacation by the shore
This house was perfect for our weekend getaway with friends. Having brand new outdoor showers was great coming off the beach. The house is within walking distance to the beach and restaurants which was really great and we loved the porch! We also loved the updates that the owners took great care in making. We can’t wait to rebook!

Best Getaway!
Great house! Stayed here for a girl’s weekend and we all had the best time! Very clean and has such great charm. I would recommend this house for anyone looking for a getaway. It’s a great location and super close to all the best shops and restaurants. Can’t wait to stay here again!!

Just what we needed!
We had the most wonderful getaway with good friends in this beautiful home! The house is full of charm and has plenty of room to spread out and relax. We most enjoyed cocktails on the covered porch, game night by the fire - and took full advantage of the house being just steps away from great restaurants, bars & shops. We can’t wait to return!

Clean, Comfortable, & Charming
This beautiful home had everything and more! You’ll love sitting on the porch and sinking into one of the many comfortable seats the host has arranged outside. Whether visiting during the summer or winter, this cozy Cape May Classic has it all; a fire place, a backyard, a plethora of bedrooms and a kitchen made for company. This wonderfully maintained home was so accommodating suppling all the necessary appliances, up to date TV programming, complimentary WiFi, towels, and bedding as well. It is centrally located just minutes away from an assortment of delicious restaurants and shopping. We chose to ditch the cars and travel by golf cart, supplied locally, for a more exciting “tourist” feel! If you are interested in escaping reality look no further then a simple walk to the beach located down the street. This area is filled with entertainment but staying in this captivating, CLEAN home was the best part of our vacation by far! You’ll only be disappointed if you don’t book soon :)

309 Franklin St. is a beautiful home!! It’s spacious and plenty of room for our family of 13. The front porch was probably everyone’s favorite place to be. The location was peaceful yet the perfect distance from the beach and Washington Square Mall. We love it and Cape May. We would definitely stay here again!!

An Amazing Family Vacation Home Blocks from the Beach!
This house exceeded all of our expectations and created lasting memories for our family. The home was fully equipped with tons of kitchen tools and we were able to cook family dinners during the pandemic instead of going out. In the mornings, we were a few blocks from the beach. At night, the porch was amazing to sit outside and enjoy the ocean air. We will be back to make more memories next year!

Perfect family vacation

This was the perfect house for our yearly family vacation! We had 9 adults and 5 children and everyone fit perfectly in the house without feeling on top of each other. The front porch is wonderful for relaxing, reading, and catching up morning or night, rain or shine. The dining room was spacious and fit all adults comfortably. The outdoor showers were divine!!! The location was perfect, close to both the beach and town. We parked our cars and didn’t get in them again until we left. The horse and carriages even turned at the the corner of the street which the kids loved. The owners were so nice. They showed us around since the we were the next family after their own stay. We can’t wait to come back!

Perfect Time in Cape May

This house was perfect! It was walking distance to everything! We were in town for a wedding and it was perfect! Having 5 bedrooms with queens beds made everyone’s stay comfortable and restful. The home is well appointed and has everything you could need or want!

10/10 - highly recommend
This place was amazing! Stayed with some girlfriends for a weekend getaway. There was plenty of room for all of us and the home had any and everything you could possibly need! It was clean, spacious and beautiful! Close to beach, downtown & on a nice quiet street. 10/10 highly recommend!
