Features include enclosed outdoor shower with hot and cold water, gas BBQ grill, back porch and seating area, Central AC, cable TV and high speed internet access. A MicroPower Guard Air purification system is centrally installed in the heating and cooling system that eliminates 97% of airborne particles including dirt, dust, allergens such as pollen, as well as germs, bacteria, viruses and odors. This is done using a 4-element filtration system and UV light sterilization. This is a perfect spot to enjoy the natural setting of Cape May Point with spectacular all-season views of Lily Lake. $50 Owner Expense Fee for partial week rentals. Off Season Value Bundle $200 - includes Processing Fee, Accidental Forgiveness Fee, and linens. Towels limited to # of guests. **BLANKETS PROVIDED**

The house had everything we needed
We really enjoyed staying across from the lake and near the beautiful bird sanctuary. The house looks right onto Lilly Lake - which is fabulous.
