Beautifully restored and decorated, the cottage has a lovely shared back yard with seating and BBQ grill, beach wagon for moving your gear to the beach, just 5 blocks from the Howard Street Beach. Pet-friendly! $150 pet fee applies. Limited to one, 50 lb dog. ***$150 Owner Expense Fee applied to partial stays. Off Season Value Bundle $275 - includes Processing Fee, Accidental Forgiveness Fee, and linens. Towels limited to # of guests. **BLANKETS PROVIDED**
