Enter the house through the screened in porch and you will be taken by the inviting warmth of the rocking chairs. From here you can hear the calming sounds of the ocean, and enjoy the various species of birds, butterflies, and Koi in the front yard pond. As you enter the home, you will find a queen-bedded room and full bath, an the foyer opens into a great room with oversized windows, plenty of seating, comfy couches, a fireplace, and a big screen TV. Overlooking the great room is a large kitchen with all new stainless steel appliances and a breakfast bar and stools, and the dining area has a giant farm table with seating for all your guests. Off the living room is the furnished back deck and grill area. Upstairs you will find three additional bedrooms: a large master, with a master bath that has both a shower and Jacuzzi tub; bedroom 3 has two twin-sized beds and a large walk-in closet. And at the back of the house is bedroom 4, with a bunk bed and a pull out queen sofa bed. Also on the second floor is another full bathroom and laundry room. The outside of this house is just as fabulous as the inside, with a front yard Koi pond and numerous trees and plant species that attract butterflies and birds.
