300 Stites Ave Garden By The Sea
Description
Garden by the Sea is appointed with your family in mind. Located on the corner of Stites and Pearl Avenues, this home is 1 block to the beach entrance at the end of the street. A nice bike ride from the Lighthouse, State Park, and flag lowering ceremony at Sunset Beach will give you plenty to keep the kids occupied. Off Season Value Bundle $275 - includes Processing Fee, Accidental Forgiveness Fee, and linens. Towels limited to # of guests.
Bedrooms are all located on the 1st floor Bedroom 1 has a double bed; bedroom 2 has twin beds, and the master bedroom furnished with a queen. The master bath is equipped with a stall shower while a full bath is also provided on this floor. The screened porch overlooks the manicured back yard with outdoor shower and gas grill.
Upstairs offers an open living space with a sofa, loveseat, and large flat screen cable TV including a VCR and DVD. The dining area seats 6 at the table with additional seating for 5 at the kitchen island. A powder room is provided on the 2nd floor. $130 owner expense fee applied to partial week rentals.

Quiet neighborhood
