This sweet four-bedroom, two and a half bath cottage on Benton is the perfect vacation spot! The home features a fully-equipped kitchen, living room, den, back deck, outdoor shower, and off-street parking, cable TV and WiFi. Just three short blocks to the beach, the cottage has sleeping accommodations for 9. Two bedrooms have Queen size beds while bedroom 3 has two Twin beds and Bedroom 4 has a set of Twin bunk beds and a separate Twin bed. The Pemberley Cottage has everything you need for your next trip to the shore! NOTE: Use of the garage and its contents is not permitted. $125 owner expense fee applied to partial stays. Off Season Value Bundle $275 - includes Processing Fee, Accidental Forgiveness Fee, and linens. Towels limited to # of guests.

Love the updates!

Definitely renting again!
We have been waiting the last couple years to rent this property and were excited that we were able to this year. The house was in great shape and bigger than we thought. The deck and backyard were also great to "hangout" on and play yard games. We loved the outdoor shower and the cleanliness of the house and kitchen being fully stocked.
