Situated on the edge of the Kiwanis Park and pond on Madison Avenue, you will have a view of the park as well as the Cape May Tennis Courts. You can even relax on the deck and watch a tennis match! An easy walk to the center of town, this beautiful home features a new fully-equipped kitchen, dining area for 8 -10 (inside and out), flat screen smart TVs and WiFi, washer/dryer, and a comfy living room. First floor sleeping accommodations offer two bedrooms, one with a queen bed, and one bedroom with twin beds. On the first floor there is a beautifully tiled bathroom with a large walk in shower. Upstairs, there are two bedrooms and a bathroom. One bedroom has a full size bed, the other bedroom is very large with a king size bed. Both bedrooms have a lovely small alcove with a window bench. The bathroom has a bath/shower, and again is beautifully tiled with its own window bench as well. Downstairs, outside the kitchen and dining room, there is the lovely raised walk-on patio deck for outside dining and entertaining, or morning coffee. The deck overlooks the ample backyard with two magnificent black walnut trees, as well as the park and tennis courts. There is an outside shower, and a gas BBQ grill. The home has been newly landscaped and now has a two car paved driveway in front. There is also abundant street parking. Guests are responsible for bringing their own sheets and towels. Pillows and blankets are provided. This single-family rental is pet-friendly and has a 40lb weight limit with a pet fee of $175 for the first pet and $50 for each additional pet.
